WA, CO, UT, CA –
“…The operation is not confined to Washington. Detective Wyche said he has fielded calls from district attorneys in Colorado, Utah and California describing suspects connected to the same ring…’A ring of gentlemen usually that have Irish accents and dressed really well, really polite, really well spoken…They’re going up to houses in the community, acting very professional, and offering services for either roof repairs or a full re-do for a roof.’
‘…As soon as I saw it, I was like, ‘This guy’s going to burn his house down if he tries to use his fireplace here with this’…He’s also concerned about drafting and ventilation problems severe enough to let carbon monoxide into a home…”
